The check-in process was unnecessarily confusing!!! Navigating multiple elevators to access some rooms felt inconvenient. A bit more attention is needed for housekeeping consistency to ensure a pleasant stay!!!

Fine, Fine, Fine
Every morning started with a gourmet breakfast buffet that amazed us with its variety, including delicious made-to-order omelets and fresh pastries while overlooking the iconic river. The unique elevator system made exploring the area effortless, whisking us right down to the waterfront where we sipped local wines at nearby distilleries. And let’s talk about the views! Our room boasted amazing vistas of the Douro River and the famous Luís I Bridge, a perfect backdrop to our romantic getaway.

We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and sipped wine by the riverside. The location is prime, just a quick tram ride to the city center. Plus, breakfast was top-notch—definitely try the champagne if you can! Just a heads-up, Porto's hilly terrain means prepare to walk quite a bit!
The wine bar could use more staff during busy times. We found ourselves waiting longer than we'd like for our drinks, but the bartender was always friendly.

Great location right next to the river. The views from my room of the Douro River and the Luis I Bridge were breathtaking. Breakfast every morning offered a wide variety, including fresh pastries and hot options that were delicious. The staff really stood out. they were attentive and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay enjoyable. Onsite parking was a bit tricky to access due to narrow streets, but the staff helped out with directions. The noise from passing trams was noticeable at times, which affected the peace of my stay. The room was clean but could use a touch more soundproofing. Overall, it was a lovely spot and worth it for the views and service, just be ready for some noise and parking challenges.
